Choose to defend any singles title in Career mode, and make sure to make it is a Table match. Set up the table inside or outside the ring, or against any turnbuckle, then build up your signature or finisher, put your opponent in position to set up a Table Finisher, press Triangle. As soon as you do that, you may hear the announcer in some instances say, "There he goes! Right through the table! But this isn't a table match, you still have to climb the ladder and retrieve the belt!"
