When in the Mountain States area, travel to the edge of the Mojave Desert just as you enter the Western Shrub-Steppes. You can find a small military base north and slightly to the west of the Speed Skill 91 challenge. Once there, you can see a large silver UFO inside a fenced-off area.

Travel to the Seattle Train Station. Set a waypoint in the mountains to the east. Drive on the road east towards the mountains into the Northern Cascades forest. The navigation line will lead you to a dirt road, then have you off-road up into forested hills. You will eventually reach a clearing with Bigfoot.
