Events are small clips which occur when certain conditions have been met. Most event's will only unlock while you are in a Vegabond Unit. There are some which require you to be a Free Officer/Marshal/Stragegist/Ruler to unlock as well. They are listed as follows.

Event	How to unlock
A Skilled Assassin	Complete Assassinate The Ruler while in Vagabond Unit.
A Sworn Oath	Raise your friendship to A rank with any officer. You can ask them via "Special" or wait for them to ask you.
A Trusted Guardian	Complete Guard The Ruler while in a Vagabond Unit.
Building a Nation	Use Raise Banner as a Vagabond Unit and win the battle.
Burning Ambition	Start Empire Mode as a Free Officer.
Confessions	Raise your friendship to A Rank with the opposite gender. You can confess to them via "Special" or wait for them to confess to you.
Land of the Plenty	Have a significant portion of the land under your control or construct 6 of the same building.
Living in Exile	As a Marshal or Strategist, Rebel from your Ruler and fail the mission.
Mountain Bandits	Complete 5 quests each in Assassination,Infiltrate,Raid quest chain. Does not matter which ones you do.
On To The Final Battle	Invade the last area on the map that isn't under your control.
Perfect Mercenaries	Complete Rescue The City while in a Vagabond Unit.
Plots And Schemes	As a Marshal or Strategist, Rebel from your Ruler and win the battle.
Sacred Vows	Accept the confession from the opposite gender and say "Yes" to marry them.
Succession	You must be a Marshal or Strategist. Friendship must be A rank with the Ruler. When asked by your Ruler if wish to succeed him/her, Accept.
The Capitalist	Have 99,999 Gold as a Ruler.
The Opportunist	Complete Infiltrate The Treasury while in a Vagabond Unit.
The Warriors Peak	Complete Slay The Vagabond Unit while having either Lu Bu,Zhang Liao,Xu Huang in your Vagabond Unit.
