At the title screen where it presents the options Continue, New Game and Show Credits: highlight Continue and hold down right on the directional pad for about five seconds. This will unlock New Game Plus. Select New Game plus and go through the brief character creation to reach the debug menu which will allow you to start with all cores, spell gems, double speed and more.
