Complete the game with a character under the normal or higher difficulty level, with the default settings.

A new costume will be unlocked each time the game is completed with that character. To select the alternate costume, highlight a character and press Up or Down at the character selection screen.

Gen Fu, Zack, Bayman, Haybusa, and Jann Lee each have two costumes; Tina has four costumes; and Kasumi and Lei Fang each have six costumes.
