Highlight ''Vs. Mode'' then press and hold L, R and Y on both conrtollers. While holding those six button down, press Start on conroller 1. when the character select screen appears, you will find four additional character.
Select Victory Pose
After defeating your opponent, Hold A, B or C to select your victory pose.
