First, highlight Akuma. Then,press start once.Then move the cursor according to the following:
D,D,R,D,R,D,D,D,L,D,L,D.The cursor will move back to Akuma. Then press and hold start and choose Akuma.
Chun Li's Super-Turbo Costume
To play as Chun Li in her Super-Turbo Costume, highlight Chun Li, then hold Start and press any attack button.
Play As Original Dhalsim
To play as the original Dhalsim, do the following:
1. Go to Dhalsim.
2. Press and hold Start.
3. While holding Start go to Zangief, Sagat, Charlie, and back to Dhalsim.
4. Press any punch or kick button to become Original Dhalsim.
Secret Characters In Vs. Mode
To access several secret characters in Vs. Mode, highlight any character, press Start, and then press any attack button.
Select Victory Pose
After you defeat your opponent, but before the "K.O." symbol appears, hold the Start button and one of the Punch of Kick buttons to choose from up to six different winning poses. Not all characters have six poses, however.
Special Sakura
Choose Survival Mode and go to Sakura. Hold Start and press Up, Left, Down, Left, Down, Right, Right, Down, Left, Left, Down, Down, Down, Right, Up, Up, Right. Then choose Ryu with any punch or kick button.
TO ACCESS Evil RYU
Go to the selection screen and Hold start on RYU then while holdin it press right up down left and hit any punch button.
Turbo Mode
At the Characther Selection Screen, highlight any character and hold R and L Shift buttons and start for 5 seconds and choose the characther with any button.
Choose Super Akuma...
