Hold L + R + Down while starting the game in arcade mode.

After completing the Super Speed Racing Champtionship mode on Easy setting, Super Speed Mode appears in the main menu. Selecting it allows you to race with 5 other drivers, lets you corner at high speeds, and lets you select the Accura NSX as the pace car.
