Pause game play and hold A + B + C.

Enter the following codes on controller two at the track selection screen to activate the corresponding effect.

Effect Code

Zoom in Hold Start and press A.
Zoom out Hold Start and press B.
Flip over Hold Start + C and press Up or Down.
Move Hold Start and press Left, Right, Up, or Down.

Win all races in first place under the normal difficulty setting. Return to the main menu and press Left, Start.
