Get to the Pirate World Act 2 level. Collect the power up in the top left corner of the level at 004,005. Move to the far right edge of the level and collect the power-up buried in the rock to the right of the level exit at 446,054. Collect the health power-up at 026,007. Get the extra life hidden in the tunnel above the exit at 433,014. Get the mermaid sketch power-up above where you entered the level at 033,005. Press Start and view the sketchbook. Select the mermaid and press C to draw it.
