On Battle (top left) or Practice (bottom left) modes, hold L & R and push left once to reveal the hidden course (a theme park).
Turn Off Power Ups
During Battle Mode (first option on game title screen)'s course select, hold A, X, L, R and select course with B. Keep holding A, X, L, R until the course appears and power up items will cease to appear.
