Ura Mode
Reset the game eight times then hold A, X, L, and R when the company logo appears. In Ura Mode, selecting the Japanese team allows you to play as the hidden NLC team. You can also have both players play as the same team by pressing Select on the team that your opponent picked. Finally, if you pause the game and press the X button, the current half of the game you're playing will end.
