Normal: Defeat Mother Genome after gaining Jadore as a character; or defeat all human genomes and Edward without completing 50 floors of Abyssal Gate.
True: Activate all flags, get all characters, defeat human genomes, clear Abyssal Gate, defeat Edward, then win the battles that follow.
