Line up as a defensive linemen, and move your man a few steps from the RT or the LT on offence. Hold R to sprint on the spot (you must turn offsides off). When the ball is snapped you will be sprinting straight. Turn left or right (whichever side you are on), then sack the quarterback. The play will end. You can also do the same thing if you have offsides turned off, but just do not sprint on the spot.
