Use the Armoogedon for this trick. Go to any island and change a monster into a bull. Just after you change him into a bull, jump on his back and stay like that. If the bull moves you also have to move. After about seven seconds Ratchet will start screaming as if he fell of something high and die. You will have to start at the last checkpoint.
