In the second floor of Eluria Tower, go to the left to a find a secret room with three chests. The middle one contains the Pixie's Bracelet, which is an upgraded version of the Sprite's Bracelet that can be stolen from Filia early in the game. It will give you better, random items while walking and can be equipped alongside with the Sprite's Bracelet.
