Throughout Qualifying Rounds one and two of Single Player mode, Tron and Clu will randomly join specific events (as seen on the event select screen) and pose as more challenging CPU opponents. Winning an event featuring Tron or Clu will unlock a bonus item in addition to the standard item associated with the event.
