Once you have successfully completed the game, save it as indicated when the credits end. With a cleared game file, start a new game. Head on to the prison entrance and talk to the guard. The guard will ask you if you are a true adventurer. Choose the first option to make the monster stronger. The second time the guard talks to you, choose the second option to return the monsters strength to normal.
