Extra Pokemon Boxes
When you first access the Pokémon Storage system via Rotomi or the Pokémon Box Link, you will find eight Boxes there to store Pokémon in. If you put at least one Pokémon inside of every Box, then leave the storage system and come back, more boxes will be added. This trick can be repeated until you've unlocked the maximum of boxes: 31. Each of these 31 boxes can hold 30 Pokémon, allowing for you to store a grand total of 930 Pokémon on one save file.

Manipulate the weather in the Wild Area
The weather in each section of the Wild Area is normally randomized based on your Switch system's date. This can be somewhat annoying since certain Pokemon will only appear during certain weather conditions. However, by setting your Switch system's date to a specific date (which differs depending on the weather condition you want), every section of the Wild Area will be experiencing the desired weather condition. The dates (listed in MM/DD/YYYY format) for each weather condition are as follows.
Clear: 5/1/2020
Sunny: 7/1/2020
Cloudy: 3/1/2020
Rain: 10/1/2020
Thunderstorm: 11/1/2020
Snow: 12/1/2020
Hail: 2/1/2020 (must have at least four badges)
Sandstorm: 4/1/2020 (must have at least four badges)
Fog: 6/1/2020 (must have defeated the Champion)
Secret Charms
All of these are gotten in Circhester. Go to your Pokemon Center, go right towards the hotel and go in on the left. After the defined conditions are fulfilled, you speak to the corresponding person to get the Charm you want.
Catching Charm - boosts the rate of a critical capture
Go to the second floor, and into the second room on the left. Speak with the doctor there.
Oval Charm - Makes it more likely for Pokemon to lay an Egg at the nursery if they're compatible
First, become the Champion of the Pokemon League. Go to the second floor, and into the first room on the left. Battle the cop there.
Shiny Charm - triples the frequency at which Shiny Pokemon appear
First, capture all 400 Pokemon in the Galarian Pokedex. Speak with the same doctor who gave you the Catching Charm.
