When you beat the game and save your game clear data, you can access the New Game+ option from the title menu. When you play New Game+, you'll be allowed to bring over and otherwise keep data from your game clear file when you begin the game anew. The things you can keep include:

- All Digimon.
- All items, equipment, farm goods, medals, and Eggs.
- All money.
- Your Party Memory limit.
- The Digi-Farm's farm islands' ranks.
- The number of farm islands.
- Digi-Bank's scan percentages.
- Medal Man's medal collection.
- Your Cyber Sleuth rank.
- Your ability to Digivolve into the Royal Knights.
