On the character select screen, press start instead of Circle when selecting the following characters: Murakumo, Shiki, Imu, Jasmine, and Ryoki . For Murakumo, it will trigger a picture of her without the mask, and you can play as her in missions without it. For the other girls, the select sound will be different and when they appear in mission, the associated item will not be worn.

Select Ryoki with Start	Removes her Halo (yellow one only).
Select Shiki with Start	Removes her Hat during Transformation/Frantic Mode.

Press Start when choosing Murakumo at the character selection screen. Her portrait will now show her without her mask, and she will appear that way during game play.
