By beating each cup with a podium finish, you unlock the next. Must be done separately for each difficulty.

Cup	How to unlock
Neon Cup	Beat the Titanium Cup.
Titanium Cup	Beat the Xenon Cup.
Xenon Cup	Beat the Cobalt Cup.

By completing all four cups in Championship Mode in one difficulty, you can unlock the next one.

Hypersonic League	Beat the Neon Cup in Supersonic League.
Supersonic League	Beat the Neon Cup in Subsonic League.

Whilst viewing vehicles in the new Vehicle Profiles menu, press Start button until you hear "Keep on trying". Pressing various buttons (except B) now produces different visual effects.

Beat any cup in Hypersonic League to unlock its tracks.

Beat the Neon Cup in Hypersonic League.

Beat any cup in Championship Mode to unlock its tracks.

You can unlock new vehicles by progressing through Championship Mode.
