In the mission "Big Brother," while you're inside the house, walk into Jack's room (it's on the end of the hall to the left) and you can interact with a Rayman: Raving Rabbids toy. Turn it on and it will make the characteristic scream for which the rabbids are known. You can also hack a doll that you'll find in the bar where you first meet T-Bone. It is sitting on a shelf behind the bartender, though you'll have to hack it from a distance because a cutscene begins if you get too close.
