When bowling, use a medium fast bowler or fast bowler. Use their stock ball (A button) and aim the ball directly on leg stump. The batsmen should attempt a wild pull stroke, miss it a get out lbw. It would also help to put a fielder down at long off because sometimes they move and slog it down the ground and if the do they will be caught. This method works best if the bowler usees the same hand as the batsman (eg. right arm bowler to a right handed batsman).
