This trick requires two controllers. To complete Musou mode with a character you do not like, have someone else play as that character with you controlling another character. Have them remain safe near the main camp while you go out to kill the commander. Do this with all the levels to complete the Musou mode. You can also use both controllers yourself. With controller one, take them to the main camp. Then use controller two and complete the level.
