Every time I make a new game I do this, First off make sure that you have a bound longsword or bound something(not dagger). go to Molag mar and then the boyout armigers stronghold. go down the stairs and there will be a door right there, open it up and there will be a guy named ulms drathen there, you dont need to taunt him into fighting just use your bound weapon and kill him nobody will care. I would try to kill him while he is still using majic because if your lvl 1 he can kill you pretty fast with the claymore, when you kill him he will have glass armour on and the daedric claymore wich is worth 80,000 and does up to 60 damage.
