Go to Sadrith Mora and then Wolverine Hall. Enter the Imperial Shrine and buy the spell Jack of Trades from the man by the door. Then go up to the Mages Guild and buy the spell Soultrap from one of the women by the door. Now go to the Dark Elf woman in the back of the room and select Spellmaking. Now select Soultrap for 2 seconds on target then go to Fortify Attribute and pick 100 minimum to 100 max on self. Do not choose an effect time or it won't work! Create the spell and cast it. Make sure to do Willpower first because the higher the Willpower the easier it is to cast spells. Do not raise your speed past 3000 or you will be going so fast the game will freeze.
