To get unlimited experiece points or gold, when you get to the arena quest, DO NOT BEAT IT. Right after you beat the stone titans (not earth trolls), go back to the lobby to get your gold and do a hero save. All the experience you aquired and the gold you have will be saved, and you can redo the arena over and over again to keep getting more.
