During the game, pause while at the school screen. Then type: Right, Down, Left, Up, Left, Left, Left, Left, Y, Right. This gives you 1000 or so exp, leveling you up easily. Take care with this cheat though, because though you may level up, the relative difficulty of the game stays the same, as your enemies will be harder too.
