This plane will spawn in Bone County. Start at the entrance of the Hunter quarry, then walk over the dirt road into Bone County. On your right side will be a shack. Behind this shack is the Cropduster. Click Right Analog-stick to get fertilizer for the crops (white smoke) out of it.
