Enable the "Cars fly away" code. Go to any airport and hit any aircraft. Then, enter that craft. All you have to do is steer. Soon the height meter will just stay up. You will get to fly higher than normal when you do this. Fly as high as you desired, then Jump out for a long trip back to earth.
