After you complete the game on 'Rookie' Go to the main menu and select 'Start Game' and choose the second difficulty level and you will see all of the targets you killed in the game sitting on the benches at the church you are in in the last level. (i.e) The guy you kill in 'A New Life' to the right or D,Alvade fron 'Curtains Down' to the right. (Note: if this won't work Try going to rookie and go back and forth on each difficulty level till you see it.
