Keep in mind when choosing which cannon you want. The larger cannon packs more punch but you cant hold as many shells. The smaller one, while not doing as much damage, is near double the ammo capacity. This works esp well with some of the challenge missions (sinking uboats) and the mission on the Eastern Front..with all the tanks. Try using it in dogfights too...takes out fighters and bombers with ease.
