If you use Visas Marr for long enough, and keep Handmaiden aboard the Ebon Hawk, Kreia will talk with her, and tell her how you mimic Visas, rather than her. If you try to talk with Handmaiden, now, she will be angry at you, and afterwards, shun you. There's no way to get her less angry at you, that I've discovered.
