There is an infinite monster spawn point in the Kinrath Caves on Dantooine near the spot where you get your name crystal. What happens is: enter, kill all the hatchlings, and then loot the room. Now, BEFORE leaving the room, save my game and turned the system (Xbox only) off. So, then when I turned it on again and got swarmed by kinrath hatchlings, I figured I had a bug. What you do for reproducability is, clear the room of hatchlings, save the game, load the game, and then try to leave the crystal room, the hatchlings will respawn.

Kathryn Garcia clarifies this: In the crystal cave, there are kinrath hatchlings that swarm you. After you defeat them, you can fight them over and over again by switching party members, and going to the entrance of the crystal area. This can go on and on, and they are very easy.
