After you unlock the school 2 level, try to find all the roll call grinds, after that, you will be allowed to skate inside the gym. go to the pool and acid drop into the pool, and when you jump, you'll get stuck in the ceiling and will be able to do as many tricks you want. To drop back down, simply get off your board.
