Go to the vert ramp and get off your board. Climb up onto the lights hanging from the ceiling and walk over to the big four-sided television screen. Walk into it and the glass should break. The secret tape will be inside. The secret tape is in the Jumbotron. You have to grind the rail that goes through it.
