No time to sleep! (30 points)	Revive your coop partner 10 times.
Ooops I did it again (20 points)	Kill your coop partner with an explosive barrel twice.
Suck it (30 points)	Suck 1000 litres of blood.
Team player (40 points)	Play through any act with a coop partner.
