Proceed to just before the final Boss in the "Gods And Monsters" level. Reach the checkpoint before entering the Ceph wormhole at the end of the level. Your Nanosuit will become supercharged and enemies will begin spawning. Go back through the large alien area and keep killing the enemies until ten are killed with one supercharged shot.
