Okay this is how to get the Rising Dawn cleaver. First you have to be able to donate to the Temple of Light then donate at least 1,000 gold, the preist by the fountain will say that you have donated enough to become the harvest benefactor and must donate "when the holy sun is at it's zenith" in plain english donate at noon, this donation has to be generous. 10,000 is the target donation and it has to be at one time. This cleaver does 68 damage it's augment does extra damage to banshees and shadows.
