When you are in control of your strike team you can get specific weapon loadouts from a terminal. Give the weapons to the Quartermaster and you can get another loadout. Drop all the new weapons and talk to the Quartermaster. He will give you your weapons, but without ammunition. Go to the ammunition dispenser to restock, then pick up the weapons that you dropped. You can repeat this as needed.
