This is the loong way but u wont get ur crime rings owned for sure. In newyork do all missions until they let u to speak to people for favors. speak to 4 people(since there are 4 henchmen to C-Rosato) then find their kill, and do it, when there all dead and the boss is the only one alive do the rest of the missions cuz the soldiers are the ones that take ur crime rings since hteir dead they cant do this wit all families.
