First thing first, there is a clothing store called Modo in Liberty A.K.A. the big island in the middle of the map with the Empire State Building in it. Go to Modo and you will see a guy wearing a yellow shirt behind a podium with a cash register on it. An icon in the top corner will give you the option to open the cash register. Once you do this an alarm will sound off and moments later you will have a wanted level. Lose your wanted level and check your bank account across the street. You will have more money and you can do this as many times as you want. Note: You might not be able to buy anything there at Modo anymore, but you can still get money from the register.
