Well first you need the cheat for an hellicopter witch you will find on this website and you also need a car cheat ok. So your got cops on the ground and your flying in a hellicopter all you do is spawn a car while inside the hellicopter and it will float now to destroy the cops on the ground shoot the car with they guns on the hellicopter or you could just ram into it and it will fall and boom the cops fly away. Just to be sure you CANNOT make the car fly with you in it there is no such cheat.
