Eel Petal: Allestar Tower, on the way to first town.
Embereyes: Seawatch.
Leechwood Bark: Seawatch.
Prismere Dust: The Court of Winter.
Sativa Fibers: Seawatch.
Scarab Salts: Shardfall.
Scarlet Flowstone: Seawatch by the alchemical lab.
Scarwood Bark: Seawatch.
Seaflax: Seawatch and Rithen.
Sky Blossom: Seawatch.
Softscrabble Powder: The Court of Winter, after using the final warp point, turn around.
Star Thistle: Seawatch.
Tindertwig: Seawatch.
White Flake: Shardfall, top left of Cradle of Summer, inside the cave.
