In the Jordan Challenge, go to "Manage Roster", select the Jordan you will play with, and increase his attributes to 100 in all categories. Then, choose the team you play against, and completely decrease the attributes of all their players. You will now be able to easily complete all objectives. You should be able to complete all objectives in the first half. You can then enable Coach mode and let the computer finish the game for you.
