If you have battle suit Jill and Wesker S.T.A.R.S. unlocked, then go to a versus mode game, when your there, choose your selected team, next, press the "RT" button until you get to Wesker S.T.A.R.S., after this tap RT and LT at the same exact time and you should be able to play as Midnight Wesker without buying him.
