Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding form.

Fifth Form: Have four areas with 100% Shot Down in Play mode or accumulate more than 8 hours of game play.
Final Form: Have all areas with 100% Shot Down in Play mode or or accumulate more than 9 hours of game play.
Fourth Form: Have three area with 100% Shot Down in Play mode or accumulate more than 7 hours of game play.
Morolian Form: Have all areas with 100% Shot Down and have 100% Support Item in Play mode or accumulate more than 10 hours of game play.
Third Form: Have two area with 100% Shot Down in Play mode or accumulate more than 6 hours of game play.
Zero Form/Second Form: Have one area with 100% Shot Down in Play mode or accumulate more than 5 hours of game play.

Complete the indicated number of Areas in Score Attack mode to unlock the corresponding laser in Beyond mode.
