First you will have to find a titan(truck carrying money) steal it and put it in your garage. Once it's saved in your garage, blow it up, steal all the cash. Go back to your garage and select it again, you have to pay 500$ to get it back but its worth it when you get over 5000g every time you blow up the truck. Just keep repeating it until your satisfied.
