Go to the Daily Bugle. Use the Web Sling Shot area at the pointed part of the building. Immediately before you land, quickly use the Web Zip or just keep pressing RT to get the achievement.

To easily get this achievement, go to the subways and swing as fast as you can into an oncoming train.
